Convention and Exposition Law and Ethics
This is a WECM Course Number. Prerequisite: TRVM 2301 or TRVM 1300 or demonstrated competence in meeting planning or travel management.
Course Description: Application of general legal principles and statutory requirement for meetings, conventions and trade shows. Emphasis on ethical considerations to problems faced by meeting planners, hotels, and convention centers in the negotiation and implementation of agreements for meetings and similar events.
