Course Description: Introduction to the elements of the hospitality industry. This course is offered at El Centro College in the Food and Hospitality Institute to students pursuing knowledge in the Culinary Arts industry and at Richland College in the Travel and Tourism Management program to students pursuing knowledge in hotel/lodging operations.
