Offered at BHC, EFC The Infant and Toddler This is a WECM Course Number. Course Description: A study of appropriate infant and toddler programs (birth to age 3), including an overview of development, quality routines, appropriate learning environments, materials and activities, and teaching/guidance techniques. This course is cross-listed as CDEC 1421. The student may register for either CDEC 1321 or CDEC 1421 but may receive credit for only one of the two.
