Course Description: Use of project management software for developing a project plan including timelines, milestones, scheduling, life cycle phases, management frameworks, skills, processes, and tools. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)

Course Description: Utilization of appropriate application software to solve advanced problems and generate customized solutions. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)

Personal Computer Help Desk Support

Prerequisite: ITSC 1405 and (ITSW 1401 or ITSC 2421) or (ITSW 1404 or ITSW 1434) or (ITSW 1407 or ITSW 2437) or instructor approval.
Course Description: Diagnosis and solution of users hardware and software related problems with on-the-job and/or simulated projects. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
