This certificate will examine complex networking concepts using troubleshooting tools and more sophisticated configurations. Upon completion of each course, the student will have acquired skills needed to prepare for certification exams to become a Cisco Certified Network Professional.
Prerequisite: Basic understanding of personal computers and operating systems as obtained in ITSC 1401, BCIS 1405, or COSC 1301 or equivalent experience approved by designated Information Technology personnel, as well as CCNA certification and successful completion of skills-based exam or completion of CCNA 4.
