MATH 1350 (3 Credit Hours)
Offered at BHC, CVC, EFC, ECC, MVC, NLC, RLC Mathematics for Teachers I (Fundamentals of Mathematics I) This is a Texas Common Course Number. This is a Core Curriculum course selected by the colleges of DCCCD. Prerequisite Required: MATH 1314 or the equivalent. Course Description: Concepts of sets, functions, numeration systems, number theory, and properties of the natural numbers, integers, rational, and real number systems with an emphasis on problem solving and critical thinking.
