Transient students are students who transfer to the college from colleges/universities and typically enroll in a limited number of course(s) that are offered between semester breaks or during the summer sessions or regular length semesters. Upon course completion at the college, transient students tend to return to their initial college/university. To enroll at the college, students must complete an application to the college of their choice and present a complete transcript bearing the seal and signature of the college/university official of each institution attended.
