The purpose of this program is to prepare students for entry level employment as an automotive technician. This program reflects a building-block approach from simple to complex and includes theory, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of automobiles, including late model vehicles with electronic
systems. Emphasis is placed on operational theory, practical skills and accepted shop procedures.
