Degree Plan Code: AAS.REAL.ESTATE.09 The program in real estate is designed to develop the fundamental skills, attitudes and experiences which enable the student to function in decision-making positions in the real estate profession. Successful completion of the program leads to the Associate of Applied Science Degree and may be applied toward licensing requirements as determined by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Degree Plan Code: C1.REAL.ESTATE.12 This certificate program develops the basic skills for a real estate salesperson. All six courses are required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for Licensure.
